Copyright and Intellectual Property Statement

Ownership of Content and the Site

PoolPlans and/or its Designers, independent contractors, or other licensors own all Intellectual Property Rights inherent in or appurtenant to:

  • The Site (www.poolplans.com), e.g., https://www.google.com/search?q=PoolPlans.com), including any Plans or customized versions thereof.
  • Any and all other graphics, photographs, video, images, artwork, text, software, and other technology comprising or available via the Site.
  • The contents, design, layout, functions, and appearance of the Site.

Protection of Pool Plans (The "Plans")

Without limitation of the foregoing, the Plans are protected by United States and international Copyright Laws.

  • Authorized Use: Any use of the information contained within the Plans is strictly limited to the one-time construction use authorized under the specific license purchased.
  • Prohibited Actions: Any reproduction, publication, sale, distribution, redistribution, public display, or other use of any part of the Plans—digitally or physically—without the prior express written consent of PoolPlans constitutes a violation of Federal and International Laws.
  • Penalties: Violation of these terms may subject the infringing party to legal prosecution and the full extent of penalties prescribed thereunder.

User-Submitted Information

You represent and warrant to us that you own all Intellectual Property Rights in Your Information (content, data, feedback, or materials submitted by you). By submitting Your Information, you automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use Your Information in connection with the Site, the marketing of the Plans, and otherwise in ways consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Definition of Intellectual Property Rights

As used in this Statement, “Intellectual Property Rights” means, collectively, all rights with respect to trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, copyrights, rights of authorship, trade secrets, know-how, moral rights, and all other worldwide intellectual and industrial property rights related thereto.
