Refund and Return Policy

Policy Summary: All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products (Pool Plans) and the immediate delivery via electronic download, all sales made through www.poolplans.com are final and non-refundable. Once a Plan is purchased and downloaded, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

Detailed Policy

1. Digital Goods and Irrevocability

Our products consist of proprietary digital files (Pool Plans, specifications, drawings, etc.). Upon successful payment, you are immediately granted access to download these files. Because the files are instantly delivered and cannot be "returned" or retrieved once downloaded, this transaction is final.

2. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review the plan descriptions, prerequisites (such as local building code requirements, specific site considerations), and sample images/documents provided on the product page before completing your purchase. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that you experience a technical failure preventing access to the purchased Plan, and this issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

• Reporting Period: You must notify PoolPlans of any access issues via email to info@poolplans.com within 72 hours of the purchase time.
• Resolution: Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the download link, providing alternative file formats (if applicable), or offering technical guidance.
• Refund Issuance: A refund will only be processed if, after reasonable attempts, we determine that the file is technically inaccessible to you due to an error on our system.

4. Purchase Error

We do not offer refunds if you:

• Purchased the wrong plan.
• Decided you no longer want the plan.
• Found a similar plan elsewhere.
• Found that the plan does not meet your specific local building codes (it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure compliance).
